Eduardo Vanegas

Eddy Vanegas was born in Valencia, Venezuela. He is the son of Sandra Vanegas. Having come together to the United States in 1997 in the pursuit of the American Dream and opportunity, they were not able to succeed this first time. After being apart for 10 months, Eddy reunited his mother in August of 2001 in Miami, Florida. After a couple of years in Florida, the two of them moved up to the Triangle in North Carolina in which they would happily call Chapel Hill, North Carolina their home for close to 10 years. Growing up Eddy wanted to become an actor but somewhere along the way of his childhood years the dream dissipated. While working a shift at the restaurant he was a server for in college, two elderly ladies ignited that spark in Eddy yet again. He mad his theatrical debut in Downtown Wilmington, NC at Thalian Hall as a pirate in Peter Pan. Later on, he was part of his first film "Hello, Au Revoir" which was a Global project with actors all over the world. Eddy graduated from The University of North Carolina Wilmington in May 2016. In 2020, Eddy started a Good News Podcast called "The Modern Believer". A podcast to remind people that the good news is that there is good news. He resides in Orlando, FL
