Mick Primmer is an Australian born actor and photographer residing in Los Angeles, California. Mick's acting career began in 2015, when he attended an Austin Community College class on "Lighting for Film", taught by professor Ángel Granados. Students were chosen as actors to help recreate famous movie scenes with the help of their peers on a live set, Mick played Matthew McCounaughey in True Detective, and was instantly hooked into the world of performance. Mick studied with The Actors School in Austin, Texas and trained under the tutelage of Nick Stevenson. For three years Mick developed his skills as a performer all through-out Texas before making his way to California, studying at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in June 2018. Since then Mick has continued his hero's journey as a creative-artist, developing skills in movement, yoga, martial-arts, photography, singing, photo and video editing and the intricate craft of acting, which are a testament to his holistic and deeply spiritual approach to life.
