F. Damon Friedman

Damon Friedman is a Lieutenant Colonel and serves as an Air Forces elite, Special Tactics Officer-aka Combat Controller. Damon is a combat decorated veteran that includes three Bronze Stars (one with Valor) and the Air Force Combat Action Medal. Originally commissioned as a United States Marine Corps Officer, he has four combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and operates exclusively in the Special Operations community. Damon is the President of SOF Missions, holds a doctorate in Intercultural studies, and is a staunch supporter for veterans and their families. His organization's focus is to help veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress by providing support groups, educational material, and intensive care. To create awareness of the suicide crisis among veterans, he produced the award winning film "Surrender Only to ONE," which is a national endeavor to bring hope to our military community. Damon is a producer, actor, director, writer, author, and national speaker.
