Lamonte Hawley Biography Date of Birth 14 March 1976, Dallas, Texas, USA Height 5'9" Hawley was born in Dallas, Texas, to Catherine Hawley (Holmes) and Thomas Hawley. He was the youngest of three boys. His mother sold insurance and his dad held a position at the Veterans Hospital. Because of the two incomes, Hawley lived a fairly comfortable life financially but he was becoming emotionally disconnected because of the domestic marital abuse. The marital woes and family violence contributed to the early development of childhood stomach ulcers.
