Dominic Goodie is an American Film Director. While his love for film and television has seated him in the director's chair, he enjoys assisting in the many roles he's performed in the past such as a cinematographer, writer, editor, sound designer, and visual effects supervisor to name a few. Dominic has completed a myriad of short films and most recently in 2018, he released a featured film entitled, Without Fear. A film that he also wrote, produced, edited and directed. Dominic enjoys the art behind the craft, which makes him a contender in the entertainment industry, and an asset to everyone he meets. In 2008, Dominic honored his country by enlisting in the United States Army. Having always believed in people's ability to excel with direction, he opted to enlist in the military occupation specialty as a 31 Bravo, Military Police. It was here, his experiences of serving in the prevention of disorder, has provided him a deeper insight into maintaining rule of law, which aids him to comply within the parameters of set safety, personal governance, and respect for his team. Raised in Burlington, New Jersey, Dominic, with sights set on heading south to augment his love for filmmaking, he enrolled into film school. It was six states south, that landed him in the sunny state of Florida. It was there he pursued a Film bachelor's degree at Full Sail University. Now having acquired experience and education, Dominic sat out to engage his strength and alter his weaknesses, by converting those into strengths. Demonstrating his ability to grasp the concept of filmmaking, Dominic would graduate with several course directors' awards and a deeper appreciation for his craft. He then went on to complete his studies by completing Full Sail University's Creative Writing Master of Fine Arts degree. He is now living in Atlanta Georgia where he continues to push and pursue his film career.
