Allan Watson Waswa

Allan Watson Waswa is a Ugandan violinist and actor. He has played with his group, The Tabs Ug, an instrumental band since October 2016. He got his first onscreen acting role in 2016 in a Michael Kai film "Black Disc". He went on to play other roles in "Mission 2016", "Jane the Iron Lady", "Beneath The Lies - The Series" and Reflections, the latter two by "Nana Kagga. Allan picked his violin at the beginning of 2016 and has since played on numerous public and private events across the country with The Tabs Ug and as a solo performer getting back up from other instrumentalists or using backing tracks. He had been inspired by an American Texan country girl trio "Dixie Chicks" on their 1999 hit single Cowboy Take Me Away that he heard in 2003.
