Antonio Valentín

Antonio Valentin was born and raised in NYC. He started his career in show business as a musician playing percussion for more than 20 years semi pro. He pursued an interest in magic which led him to the world of acting. He attended various acting schools and workshops and befriended professional actors and writers. His love of acting and writing goes back to when he was a young child and would stay up late watching classic movies on television. Some of his favorite actors include Humphrey Bogart, James Cagney, Edward G Robinson, Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Lawrence Olivier, Sidney Potier, Jose Ferrer, etc...Antonio has also studied comedy improv at the magnet theatre and is an avid student of the stanislavski method of acting. He has studied acting at the prestigous Stella Adler school of acting. Antonio is an accomplished musician specializing in latin Jazz and Afro Caribbean folklore. He is fluent in english and spanish and a wizard at sleight of hand. Antonio has studied martial arts including karate and kung fu and is a huge fan of boxing. Antonio has written several short plays, a few which have been performed off broadway.
