Ashleigh Morrison

Ashleigh Morrison is an actress who is known for For Christ's Sake (in Post-Production), The Daughter Of Babel (Premiered at the North Bend Festival in Washington, DC), Salvage (Canadian Premiere at the Toronto Black Film Festival, Official Selection at the Canada Independent Film Festival & Eyecatcher International Film Festival, 2019), Detainee X, (Official Selection at the Canada Independent Film Festival, 2019) Goldfish (premiered at the Atlantic Film Festival, 2016) and her TV series on Rogers Television with Ashleigh's Kidz Korner and Kidz Korner. Ashleigh developed and was a Community Producer/Host on her mini-series "Kidz Korner" on Rogers TV York Region which aired in May 2017. Her second series called "Ashleigh's Kidz Korner" aired in September 2017. Ashleigh had the opportunity to interview Bill Nye the Science Guy at a Nintendo Labo Launch in Toronto in April 2018 for OwlKids Magazine. From a young age, it was very evident that Ashleigh had an eye for the dramatic arts and she is working continuously for her goals. Ashleigh was awarded the Drama Award at Grade 8 Graduation with a 98% in drama in June of 2018. Ashleigh auditioned for and was accepted for the Regional Drama Arts Intensive Program for high school beginning in September of 2018. She has an older brother and two younger twin sisters. She enjoys soccer, archery, acting, sketching, running, and has many other interests. Ashleigh was nominated for 2 awards and won 1 award at the Joey Awards 2018 in Vancouver and also presented at the gala. She was nominated for and WON Best Young Host for Owlkids Magazine interview with Bill Nye The Science Guy and was nominated for Best Actress in a web-series 13-16 yrs old for her series Ashleigh's Kidz Korner. Ashleigh WON a Joey Award in 2019 and WON two Joey Awards in 2020. Ashleigh was also officially selected as the WINNER for the categories of Lead Actress and Actress Under 18 at the 2020 iFilmGroup International Film Festival.
