Born August 14, 1977. Currently lives in Big Spring, TX. Brandon Johnson is one of the founders of the Big Spring Film Society, and the founder of cruiserfilms. He started out producing super 8 experimental films in Austin in the late 90's with the Austin Cinemakers Coop, and produced the independent feature "Living" with El Camino Productions in 2000. On his return to Big Spring in 2000, he starred and produced the independent film "Tuckers Table", that was filmed in the Settles Hotel pre-restoration. Wrote film commentary for the website NeoArchaic Revue from 2005-10, and in 2010 began producing the radio show Movies on the Radio- a 2 hour show dedicated to films, filmmaking, and movie soundtracks. In 2012, Brandon began working with James Fite and Check Your Brain Productions. In 2015 produced the short documentary, "Project Mone't" that was seen at film festivals around the country. 2016 produced the short thriller, I See Something, in conjunction with Check Your Brain Productions. Summer of 2017 Brandon made his acting debut in the Ty Roberts film, "The Iron Orchard" that was being filmed in Big Spring.
