William Bajalia is a film Director/Producer originally from Valdosta, Georgia. He discovered his passion for film at the very young age of eight and immediately fell in love with the magic and power of storytelling. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mass Media Filmmaking, in May of 2015 from Valdosta State University. Bajalia also earned his Masters of Fine Arts of Film Production from, Full Sail University, in September of 2016. During his time at Full Sail, Bajalia worked on over a dozen films, holding a variety of key positions on top productions, two of which winning various College Emmy awards, with one being nominated for the National College Emmy Award for Best Student Film. He also personally directed, produced, wrote, and edited five films, including his MFA Independent Thesis Film, Shoelaces, which earned the Audience Choice Award at the Toronto Short Film Festival in 2017. In 2018, he founded the production company, 2nd Language Films, a production company whose sole purpose is to create and share stories whose messages are ones that apply to the resilience of the human spirit that people of all backgrounds and lives can identify with. He has since stayed busy with both his own work with the company, as well as other projects ranging from international award-winning short films to multi-million dollar features. He has also had the opportunity to work with some of the top talented and esteemed filmmakers from all across the globe. In January 2020, Bajalia signed with Advent Artist Digital Studios as, "Head of Production", and is active in the development and production of a number of projects with the company. Bajalia currently resides and works in Los Angeles, California.
