Kyaw Thein Kha

Kyaw Thein Kha is a film producer, screenwriter and director living based in Los Angeles, California, the United States. Until Kyaw Kyaw moved to LA, he lived in several places in South East Asia and several states across the US, working as a reporter for news agencies, including Al Jazeera SDN BHD, Malaysia and the Voice of America (VOA), Washington DC. Kyaw worked for both print and broadcast media, and also shot many short feature documentaries. After his 8 years reporting experience, he moved to Los Angeles and joined a M.A (Film and Media Production) program at New York Film Academy (LA Campus) where he studied directing, producing, screenwriting and editing to become a film maker in Hollywood's film industry. As a writer, producer and director, he has created "The Immigrants", "Betrayed" and "Nora". He has also worked as a line producer for other films. He's now writing two feature scripts, "The American Father" (Drama) and "Tunnel #2" (Horror Comedy) one of which is expected to shoot in 2017.
