Anca Vaida

Anca Vaida was born in Romania to parents Lidia and Iancu Vaida, both chemist-engineers. She initially studied medicine and after graduating she specialized in mental health becoming a consultant psychiatrist. After moving to London, Anca started pursuing her first love, acting. Anca attended the drama foundation course at Mountview Academy, followed by a drama access course at Citylit London. Her acting training culminated with her attending East 15 drama school, where she was taught by Jonathan Firth, Hugh Ross and Richard Graham among others. Since graduating, Anca has been involved in several stage plays in different London theaters, including Arcola Theatre and Theatre 503, as well as several short films. Anca also trained as a film maker and director at Citylit London
