Matthew Burch

Matthew Burch was always interested in becoming a professional actor. Born in Atlanta Georgia, he moved to Miami Florida where he attended the Ruth foreman theater. He was cast in To Kill a Mockingbird in the role of Tom Robinson. Matthew registered with the Mary Lambert talent agency in Fort Lauderdale Florida where he was cast in Hot Stuff and Caddy Shack. He received a rave review for his performance from John Huddy of the Miami Herald. Huddy wrote, Matthew Burch the young black actor with the bulging eyes is very funny. The Florida Marque wrote about Matthew Burch as "that hot stuff actor is swimming for his life in Caddyshack". Matthew had been quoted to say "my eyes are one of my most funny and unique assets." He passed away in 2020.
