Director, editor and producer Chad Joshua Callner began his television career at age 15. He won his first major award at 22, a Telly, for directing a PSA featuring Rick Allen of Def Leopard, this aired internationally on MTV. He expanded his skill set as he dived into the world of editing. The first comedy special he edited for HBO earned him an Emmy nomination. The next Emmy nomination resulted in a win for outstanding editing of Justin Timberlake's HBO special. Callner was the editor and music supervisor of the short film For Tomorrow: the First Step of the Revolution featuring TOMS Shoes. This film won the audience selection award at the Tribeca Film Festival leading the way for TOMS Shoes to becoming the fastest growing shoe company in history.
