He continued to build a diverse career with notable roles in Rob Roy (1995), Michael Collins (1996), and Star Wars: Episode I—The Phantom Menace (1999). In the 2000s, Neeson showcased versatility in films such as Gangs of New York (2002), Love Actually (2003), and Taken (2008), which led to successful sequels. He also voiced Aslan in The Chronicles of Narnia series and appeared in Clash of the Titans (2010) and its sequel. Neeson continued to act in various genres, including thrillers like Unknown (2011) and The Grey (2012), and dramas such as A Monster Calls (2016) and Mark Felt: The Man Who Brought Down the White House (2017). In recent years, Neeson starred in Cold Pursuit (2019), The Marksman (2021), and Blacklight (2022). He has also appeared on stage, including a notable role as John Proctor in The Crucible on Broadway in 2002.
