Leslie Mann

Leslie Mann trained in acting with instructors at the Joanne Baron/D.W. Brown Studio and with improvisation ensemble The Groundlings before beginning her on-camera work in television commercials in her late teens. She moved into scripted television productions, gaining experience in collaborative ensemble settings, and then transitioned regularly into feature film work, where ongoing collaboration with directors and co-actors shaped her understanding of screen production. Mann’s work spans live-action film and television, and she has also contributed voice performances in animated productions, adding another medium to her repertoire. Her career includes repeated collaborations with filmmaker Judd Apatow, beginning with their first encounter on set and extending across multiple projects.
