Eric H. Alexander, founder of Document This! loves cinema and the art of storytelling. He's also very dedicated to the stories that make an impact, and help to affect social change. He wears several hats, sometimes all at the same time! Mr. Alexander won "Best Documentary" and the "Audience Choice Award" for "Bubbe & Zeyde," which is about how his own Grandparents survived the Holocaust. He also had the great privilege of capturing "Whitney Houston: Voices of Love," featured at Cannes and at the Apollo Theater. Recently, Mr. Alexander filmed interviews for "Regina Resnik: New York Original," the NY Emmy nominee for "Best Documentary." "An excellent writer and director of comedy and "dramedy", Alexander also shines as a director of photography known for his use of intense, often unusual, camera angles." Born in Great Neck, New York, Alexander attended Emerson College in Boston and Los Angeles. Here, he met short film/music video director J. Ian Irby. They collaborated on several projects.
