David Bacon is a 3rd generation actor. When the digital video camera revolution happened, he thought that writing, and shooting his own shorts was a way to get footage for his acting reel. After winning awards for is acting (in College) and writing (Valley Light Award for Best Dark Comedy) he soon found his cinemagraphic story telling panache, employed him more behind the camera than in front. Thomas Howell, Jake Busey, Jeremy London, William Morgan Sheppard, in the movies "Don't Pass Me By" "The Devils Dozen" and "The Wicked Within" as well as Sienna Guillory, William McNamara, Omar Gooding, Enzo Cilenti. David's desire to be a story teller as a film maker, through his Studio City based company "The Film Chalet Production and Post", has also Directed and shot many regional commercials such as "Discount Tires Centers" and "Mothers Markets" and looks forward to many years and projects in the future.
