Jordan Bayne, an award-winning, internationally exhibited filmmaker and actor is no stranger to working with A-list talent. Her career began acting with Golden Globe winner Martin Sheen in A Stranger In The Kingdom. Her television career started with Showtime's Poltergeist The Legacy, and she has also been seen on the critically acclaimed Law & Order. Her first role in the theatre landed her onstage with Golden Globe winner James Gandolfini and Oscar winner Marisa Tomei in the Naked Angels production of "Summerwinds". Bayne had an award nominated turn in the film Under Hellgate Bridge with Dominick Chianese and Vincent Pastore where one critic noted, "Jordan Bayne proves that true strength lies in vulnerability." Most recently she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her work in the Spanish feature, ReEvolution with Fele Martínez, Gorka Otxoa, Leo Rivera, Cecilia Freire, and Hovik Keuchkerian. Bayne's writing and directorial debut was the short film Argo, starring Jordana Spiro [Ozark, Good Wife]. Her critically acclaimed film The Sea Is All I Know, starring Academy Award winner Melissa Leo won Best Short, Best of Fest, and Best Actress in it's festival run earning consideration for an Academy Award. In 2016 the film landed distribution with IndieFlix, and worldwide licensing with ShortsTV after becoming a Vimeo Staff Pick. Leo described Bayne as "one of the finest directors I have ever worked with". Bayne has an unbridled passion for making films that are original, and meaningful. Most recently Bayne directed the music video, One Nation Under God, and co produced Stacey Maltin's Stronger Together. Currently, she is shooting her non fiction feature, Let There Be Lite, is in development on a project for NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback Terry Bradshaw, along with her American feature The Law of Unintended Consequences, and her Spanish feature Black Sorrow.
