Lilian Douglas was born in England around the late 1880's became a star of the theatre from the early 1900's. Beautiful English blond who starred and supported in at least 14 melodrama, comedy and crime movies, making her film debut under the direction of Walter West in the comedy 'When Greek Meets Greek' starring Violet Hopson and Stewart Rome in 1922, her most notable roles was as Eileen Adair in Graham Cutts 'Paddy the Next Best Thing' starring Mae Marsh as Paddy for the Graham-Wilcox Production Co in 1923 and in her last movie as Marjorie Jones in Frank Hurley's Adventure 'Pearl of the South Seas' co-starring with Eric Bransby Williams for the Stoll Film Co in 1927.
