Vince attended West Point, the United States Military Academy, on a gymnastics scholarship and eventually moved back to his home town, Los Angeles, to pursue a career in advertising. An opportunity as a production assistant for a producer at Warner Brothers was his first foray into the film industry. Within a couple of weeks he became the production coordinator for an Energizer Bunny commercial. Soon after, he enrolled in and was accepted into the Directors Guild Training Program. The 400 day apprenticeship program gave him the opportunity to work with major studios and networks getting valuable hands-on experience with veterans in the film business. Vince's productions included Second Assistant Director positions on the feature films The Thirteenth Warrior, and The Amityville Horror, and TV dramas Party of Five, Diagnosis Murder, The Fugitive, The X-Files, Boston Legal, Diagnosis Murder, and House, the latter of which he became First Assistant Director for the 2011-2012 season. In 2012 he was accepted into the Disney/ABC Directing Fellowship to transition into episodic directing, primarily in network comedy. He studied improv at Upright Citizens Brigade and promptly began directing the comedy troupe Lypton Station for three years. While continuing to pursue his passion for directing comedies, most recently, he has worked as a first assistant director in various comedy pilots and projects for Adult Swim and Comedy Central, and co-produced Rob Riggle's Ski Master Academy for Sony Crackle and the 2nd season of Ryan Hansen Solves Crimes for You Tube Red. Vince is a member of the Directors Guild of America.
