Ernst Eder

Ernst Eder grew up in Alsace, France. Since 1982, he has owned and operated La Boheme. A former professional modern dancer and arts magazine publisher, he now focuses on his restaurant, philophosy and Argentine Tango. He is fluent in French and German, and enjoys traveling. He has explored such places as Turkey, where he studied with the Whirling Dervishes, and Morocco, where he danced and toured under the unlikely auspices of Club Med. Ernst enjoys people. He greets and treats his customers as friends. Anybody is somebody at La Boheme. Ernst loves to hear your stories and has many tall tales to tell of his own (mis!) adventures!
