Alexander Esway was born on January 20, 1898 in Budapest, Austria-Hungary [now Hungary]. He was a director and writer, known for Taxi for Two (1929), The Lady with the Mask (1928) and Bad Seed (1934). He died on August 23, 1947 in Saint-Tropez, Var, France.
