Billy Carter

Billy Carter starred as Walter Winchell in HBO's The Plot Against America, created by David Simon and directed by Thomas Schlamme. He is also best known for his portrayal of Thomas Andrews in the 12 part mini-series Titanic: Blood and Steel. After its global release, it starred Derek Jacobi and Chris Noth and was screened by Starz in the United States. Born in Northern Ireland, he now lives in the United States and the United Kingdom.
