Chage & Aska

The duo of Chage and Aska have been writing and performing music together since winning the Yamaha Popular Song Contest in 1979. Since then they have produced countless hit singles and have written for several popular TV dramas, including 'Yah Yah Yah' for the 1993 Fuji production 'Furikaereba Yatsu Ga Iru', 'Meguria', which was featured in Wakui Emi's Tokyo Cinderella Story' and 'Say Yes' for 101st Marriage Proposal 101st Marriage Proposal (1991). Born just weeks apart in 1958, both are originally from Fukuoka Prefecture in Japan.
