Janice was born in Australia, studied at London Film School and worked in Los Angeles Film Industry for almost fifteen years. She worked as a Script Supervisor in Television and Film and as an Assistant Director and Director on Commercials. "The Farmer" written in 1975 was her first successful screenplay produced by Columbia Pictures in 1977. Janice returned to Australia and married Hans Eymann a Swiss Businessman, became a conceptual designer and won the British Airways Award for Tourism for Tomorrow in 2000 out of 41 countries, for her design and building of the Daintree Eco Lodge in the Daintree Rainforest. In 2001 she returned to film and began her own company Filmworks. Filmworks has grown into a very proactive company with offices in Australia and the USA. Janice has written and sold screenplays in the U.S. and in 2010 was Executive Producer of 'Creation" the Premiere Film at Toronto. She is also a dual Australian and Swiss Citizen.
