Sheree da Costa is an ex-Principal dancer with The Australian Ballet and former artist with Sydney Dance Co. Recently Sheree was a guest artist with Sydney Dance at Roslyn Packer Theatre for their 50th Anniversary season. She is also an experienced actress/singer with credits in TV, Film, Theatre. Musical theatre includes La Cage Aux Folles, Singin' In The Rain, Song and Dance. Additionally, Sheree was assistant choreographer on Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor. Short film credits include award-winning The Skydiver and The Scarecrow for Ren Thackham and The Hemingway Shot for EP Flicks. Stage work includes Distorted by Xavier Coy and One Way Mirror by Paul Gillespie. Sheree is also a published author, co-writing Taking The Drop with three girlfriends, an inspirational book based on taking up the sport of surfing in middle age.
