Ken Grassano

Ken Grassano grew up in Rosedale, New York. He graduated from Springfield Gardens High School, located in Springfield Gardens, New York. He was a star pitcher for his high school team. He was given the nickname "Tree" in high school because of his height. He was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinal organization in 1974 after his senior baseball season.
