Bea Griffith

Bea graced many African American soundies films made in the 1940s. Her beauty, sexiness, charm, and loveliness made many soundies films enjoyable. She appeared in soundies with the most popular performers of the day, including The Mills Brothers. She was also featured in a full feature film with legendary Louis Jordan, and was married to trumpeter, songwriter, and dancer Taps Miller.
