Susan Hannaford began her career as a supermodel and is now an award nominated actress, entrepreneur and award winning luxury real estate developer. Susan Hannaford is best known for playing the youngest and only girl, shy and conscientious, ten year old Kitty Sullivan on the multi award winning television drama The Sullivans. Susan Hannaford also worked on The Bold and the Beautiful, a CBS television production and was written into the show as a famous fashion designer. Susan holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Majoring in Politics and English Literature and a Diploma of Education with Honors (Dip, Ed Hons.) from Macquarie University. In addition, Susan is an award winning luxury real estate developer, winning "Best Luxury Residence" and in 2020 won the award "Best Private Luxury Wedding Venue In Los Angeles". Susan founded a real estate development company in the United States centered on the acquisition and development of luxury real estate. In Susan's early career, Susan was an international supermodel, modeling in Paris, Rome and London and featured in beauty ad campaigns for name brands such as Revlon, Clairol, Coca Cola, Kodak Cameras, Dolly Magazine and Alpine Cigarettes. Susan also modeled for Harpers Bazaar and Vogue Magazine and was a covergirl for countless magazines. Susan's luxury fashion empire, included five luxury flagship couture retail stores in Sydney, New South Wales and expanded to Fred Hayman Beverly Hills and later went on to launch the Australian release of the Bold and the Beautiful in conjunction with CBS Network and Channel Ten. Susan is also an accomplished author, previously signed by Headline Publishing Group (formerly Hodder Headline), one of the largest publishing houses in the British Commonwealth. Susan, following her mothers footsteps, who is a licensed real estate broker and commercial and residential luxury real estate developer, branched into property acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Susan's spouse, Emmanuel Margolin is known as one of Australias richest men, a prominent commercial and residential luxury real estate developer and owner of the famous Notre Dame, known as the "Best Home In the World" by the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. Notre Dame featured a private helicopter landing pad, equestrian center, the worlds largest private zoo, featuring the main residence at 56,000 sq. feet. In 2018, Susan Hannaford launched a landmark USD $250 million dollar defamation lawsuit in the United States against the Seven Network Australia, for amongst other things, "maliciously doctoring interview footage" and defamation.
