Todd Harter

Todd Harter, born in Pasadena California, is a Producer, Writer and Director. Todd's industry experience began by producing publicity and marketing content for Dreamworks' early feature films. This led to producing numerous Music Videos that eventually segued into Producing and Directing Commercials. An English major with a Bachelors from San Diego State University, Todd has written continuously since college, has had several scripts viable in the market place, and has had past representation from UTA. Todd has written and directed four short film projects of mention including; Red Ink (1997), Out of My Head (2009), One Nothing (2010) and Two Words (2012). Todd is a member of the PGA.
