Imdb bio Jeremy Harris graduated from the theatre program at George Brown College in Toronto. He has performed extensively onstage, on TV, film and commercials and is an award-winning actor. He has been the voice announcer for the Outdoor Life Network (3 years), Toronto 1 television network (2 years). Presently he is the promo voice announcer of CBC Radio One (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), heard nationally on public radio across Canada and on across North America on Sirius XM. Jeremy has also been involved in a number of animation series. He was nominated for a Gemini award in 2008 for his work on Ruby Gloom, and was recently nominated for a 2023 ACTRA Award for Outstanding Performance - Male Voice for his role of Phil on Big Blue. He has written and produced three short films, most notably, R.U.U. which won four awards at film festivals around North America, and played on The Movie Network and Moviola for two years. Jeremy received nominations and an award for his portrayal of Duggie Sparks in the movie. Another short film of his, White and Blue, was praised in an article in Vice Magazine alongside other Canadian "hoser" comedies, Trailer Park Boys and Fubar. Jeremy wrote, voiced and produced the podcast, Background Sound, featuring stories about the music world and interviews with musicians such as Stuart Copeland. Jeremy lives in Toronto, and works there and in New York City.
