Danielle Faraldo (danni doe) is an award~winning director, writer, editor and producer who has worked in independent film, television, and music. Her career kicked off with producing the two~episode pilot and original New York series of MTV's "The Real World," the critically~acclaimed and pioneering reality television series. In addition, she worked as both a director and editor for ABC Television for many years, directing over 300 hours of television and editing more than 800 hours of television. At ABC, she directed and edited three musical shoots for Snoop Dogg (featuring Teddy Riley, Too Short, and Mistah Fab), Timbaland (featuring Keri Hilson), One Republic, and two songs for Tony~Award winning actress Renee Elise Goldsberry. Danielle wrote, directed, edited, and co~produced an award~winning, 30~minute short film, "The Floys of Neighborly Lane," which premiered at the Hamptons International Film Festival, and screened at HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, Palm Springs International Shorts Festival, Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, among many others. Danielle directed a two~panel discussion, "DGA's Game Changers ~ Documentaries" for the Directors Guild of America's website for the DGA's 75th Anniversary Game Changers Series, which included moderators Michael Apted and Marc Levin, and panelists Albert Maysles, Barbara Kopple, Alex Gibney, Morgan Spurlock, and more. Danielle worked directly with creator/director Sidney Lumet on both seasons of his acclaimed, multi~camera A&E series, "100 Centre Street," as an Associate Director. Danielle produced and edited a short film, "Jessica's Story," for the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, which was delivered to 13,000 high schools across the country and nominated for a Shine Award. Danielle's television work has included winning a DGA award, 2 Emmys for Directing, 7 Emmy nominations for Directing, an Emmy nomination for Editing, and a nomination for a Shine Award. Her film work has included a Critics Choice Award, a Jury Award, and an Audience Award.
