Katie Fox

Katie Fox grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio and was a model throughout most of her childhood. She was with the David & Lee Agency in Cleveland from age 6 to 18. She was consistently in the local papers and department store catalogs. Katie even made it into the pages of 17 Magazine for a perfume ad at the age of 16. Katie attend the University of Kansas where she received a BS in Exercise Physiology. She kept moving west and ended up on Arizona in 1999 where she eventually found her way back into the industry. After attending many acting classes, Katie is a regular fixture in the Phoenix independent film world. She is as comfortable in front of the camera as she is behind it, willing to work as a Production Assistant or even a Grip when duty calls. Katie is the Marketing Coordinator and does on camera interviews for MoBoogie.net, the video network for the good people who dig live music. She is also the Marketing Director for Friar's Lantern Entertainment, dedicated to uniting the arts in Arizona. She produces, coordinates and markets all FLE events and premiers as well as coordinates talent for ongoing events and their movie soundtracks. When she is not acting or planning her next event, Katie can be found supporting local music, camping, hiking or just hanging out with her dog China and her husband.
