Born in Kansas and raised in Iowa, David Lee Garver started acting professionally in New York City where he appeared in a handful of plays and NYU films that led to his first starring role in Bedford Springs (2002), which was picked up by HBO Europe. His work in independent film has garnered several awards and accolades including a Best Actor nomination at the Long Beach International Film Festival where his work in Slumming (2005) (co-starring Jennifer Lynch) was recognized by LA Weekly as the festival's "Breakthrough Performance". Garver is a frequent performer on the LA stage, and has worked at REDCAT, Sacred Fools, Son of Semele, Blank Theatre, Malibu Stage Company, Write Act Rep, and many more. He also appeared in nearly 300 performances at Edgemar Theatre in Santa Monica as Jimmy Halkin in "Just 45 Minutes From Broadway" and as Noah Curry in "The Rainmaker". He is based in Atlanta and Los Angeles.
