Rich Gaspari is an American professional bodybuilder of IFBB - International Federation of Bodybuilders, winner of numerous awards in the world of bodybuilding, inscribed in the IFBB Hall of Fame. At the age of 15 Rich Gaspari began to engage in bodybuilding, at 16 he first took part in competitions in bodybuilding, took the sixth place. Being still an unknown teenager, Gaspari squatted with a barbell at 306 kg, and 26 years later, after finishing his sports career, the 48-year-old CEO of Gaspari Nutrition squeezed out dumbbells by 48 kg. During his career he managed to take part in more than 30 competitions in 12 of which he won. In 1989 Rich Gaspari won his most significant career victory. He became the first at the prestigious competition "Arnold Classic 1989". Three consecutive years from 1986 to 1988, "Silver Rich" took 2nd place at the "Mr. Olympia". Having completed his career as an athlete, Rich received the certificate of the National Academy of Sports Medicine and developed the methodology of Gaspari Nutrition.
