Kelly George

Kelly was plucked from obscurity at the ripe old age of nine, his Mum was worried he was heading in the wrong direction and enrolled him in a local dance school, (he couldn't dance ) this seemed to be the start of a trend that would follow Kelly for the rest of his life, being thrust into things to sink or swim, but Kelly would tell you himself that is how he prefers life to be. Only weeks after enrolling he was cast as one of the boys in The Cameron Macintosh musical "Oliver" , the new journey of Kelly's life had begun, soon Sylvia young offered Kelly a scholarship and he was soon acting in commercials, on stage in the west end,filming TV shows and films. Kelly has been blessed to have worked with some of the greatest actors and directors in cinema, Richard Harris, Raul Julia, Gerrard Butler, Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, Julie Walters, Tom Wilkinson, Alan Clarke, Sir Peter Hall, Guy Ritchie to name but a few. Kelly rose to fame in the UK playing "Ray" in the popular TV series "Grange Hill" a role he continued for many years, Kelly holds the title for the longest serving pupil / adult of the show. After leaving Kelly continued with his acting career however the pull of producing was in his blood and soon he was helping to produce many small budget indie films. He is now embarking on much larger projects that have huge commercial appeal and worldwide audiences "The King in Yellow" will be the first in a long line. Kelly is a proud Dad and anyone who knows him will tell you he calls himself a sad doting dad who adores his two girls, an animal lover at heart he has been patron to an animal sanctuary called "PEACE" People Establishing A Caring Environment and he is very rarely seen without his dogs.
