Trusting the importance and the impact of international cooperation has always been my driving force. I have yearlong experience in leadership and a sincere passion for innovative partnership programs - in Denmark and around the world. After graduation, worked with film festivals, audio-visual production about global issues and dance teaching. Then I served a 5-year profession as Commissioning Editor at Danish Film Institute - and later founded Department for Film Education/Cinema Culture/Children & Youth, recognized nationally and internationally for its results. The Department operates a nationwide program through cinemas, streaming platforms and creative hands-on film-studios - and furthermore, a number of European programs. Danish Film Institute is an organization with a high level of professional expertise, political attention and a diversity of stakeholders. I also work as consultant and cooperate with film organizations in Africa and Middle East around development of strategies, training, talents and programs for the film industry and the community. The programs approach film as an art form in its own right and as a powerful tool for economic growth, cultural development and social change.
