Born in Greenwich Village in 1949, Ross is a former U.S. Marine. He graduated with Honors from Rutgers University in 1976, and earned a Masters Degree in Dramatic Arts from the Actors Studio at the New School University in Manhattan in 1998. Ross was a singing bartender for many years and this led to the pursuit of an acting career. He is a veteran New York character actor who has appeared in film, TV and on stage, working with other pros like Academy Award winners Kevin Costner and Kim Hunter, along with Will Smith, Michael Mann, Spike Lee and Vincent D'Onofrio. Ross now resides at the Jersey Shore with his beautiful wife Laura and his children James, Santino, Maria Christina, Arabella Grace, and Remy.
