Frank Kostenko Jr.

Frank Kostenko is a feature film Unit Production Manager, assistant director, producer, and sometimes actor whose films include Act of Valor, Panda 3-D, We The Marines, Man on Fire, The Last Samurai, We Were Soldiers, Magnificent Desolation, Slackers, The Hire: Beat the Devil, and Wishmaster among many others. He is the Executive Producer at PACRIM Media, which he co-founded with Neal Allen. Long before Kostenko became a DGA UPM and film executive in the film industry, he started as production assistant on Streets of Fire and next as set safety/medic. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) and has been the Unit Production Manager for more than 50 commercials, feature films, mega theme park projects and television movies. In addition to his work on feature films, Kostenko has been a Senior Executive Producer for Landmark Entertainment Group. His education background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications (minor in Economics) from The University of the State of New York, a Master of Science degree in System Engineering from Montana Tech, and a Master's degree from the Command and General Staff College in Leavenworth, Kansas. He is working part time on his PhD in Aerospace studies.
