Dan Lantz

After spending the first 20 years of his career making TV Commercials and Reality TV shows, Dan began making narrative short films with "Felix Melman". The film won several awards and led to Dan writing and directing several more shorts and a web series. In 2011, opportunity led to Dan directing 2 low budget feature length horror films. This got the attention of a few industry contacts including Ice-T of Law and Order fame. In 2017, Dan directed "Bloodrunners", a prohibition-era vampire thriller starring Ice-T. Most recently, Dan achieved his 20-year dream of making a story about a medieval knight in modern day. "Alpha Rift" is that film, an action fantasy about a young slacker who discovers he is next in a long line of guardians who protect mankind against dark forces. Dan lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and 3 children.
