Ari Levin is an entertainment industry veteran whose expertise runs the gamut from conceptualizing, staging, scripting, producing and directing London, Los Angeles and Las Vegas live shows, theatre, episodic television and film, to producing directing and writing television specials. Theatrical and special event production scripting and direction are Levin's specialty, and he masterfully crafts and supervises every facet that falls under his direction, paying careful attention to the budget and production value. Additionally, he knows how to best showcase the talents of his staff and artists, while imparting care and support for those that work on his productions. Levin had his own show in Las Vegas called "Xtreme Magic," and produced and directed the grand opening of the 2007 NBA All Star Game with Kobe Bryant. He has produced and directed for Paramount Studios, CNN, HBO, TNT and the BBC. He also executive produced the Lifetime Achievement Awards at CinemaCon (previously known as ShoWest) for Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Goldie Hawn and Jodie Foster. CinemaCon is the official convention of the National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO) and the largest and most important event for the worldwide motion picture theatre industry, taking place annually in Las Vegas and calls Caesar's Palace home. Over the course of many years and seasons Levin wrote, produced and directed over 30 episodes of Oprah: Where Are They Now? (2012). A consummate professional, Levin has the distinction of being one of only a handful of Americans to portray the title role of Hamlet in over 15 different productions, including with the Royal Shakespeare Company. He also directed Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. In early 2020, Levin took on the position of executive director at state-of-the-art venue, Madison Center for the Arts in Phoenix. Notably, in 2021 he implemented an inaugural full Broadway season of productions at the Madison that had not previously been seen in Arizona. Additionally, he chose productions with performers capable of sharing and teaching theatrical and performance skills to the students within the surrounding Madison School District. He is a member of the Broadway Directors and Choreographers Union and spent the last 20 years as the writer, executive producer and director of CinemaCon (previously ShoWest). He is also on the board of directors for the Chandler International Film Festival.
