Hsu Chien Hsin was born in Taiwan. In Brazil, he Directed his first feature film, the comedy "Ninguém entra ninguém sai" in 2016. In 2021, Hsu directed his third feature film, "Me tira da mira", during the pandemic. In 2019 directed his 2nd Feature film, the musical Comedy "Quem vai ficar com Mario?". He also worked as Co-Director in "Veneza", directed by Miguel Falabella, and "Amor sem fronteiras", directed by Marcelo Santiago. Hsu was one of the Directors of the Tv series "Pé na Cova" and "Sexo e as negas", at Tv Globo, and "Por isso eu sou vingativa", at Multishow. He won several awards with his short films: Flerte, Meu preço, Angústia, Alegria, Vazio and Pietro. As an Assistant Director he worked with more than 60 feature flms of important Filmmakers, as Guillermo Arriaga, Tizuka Yamasaki, Murilo Salles, Daniel FIlho, Paulo Cesar Sarraceni, Oswaldo Caldeira, Helena Solberg, René Sampaio, Moacyr Góes. In 2018, he was part of the Oscar committee to choose the Brazilian film that would represent Brazil at the event.
