He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1970.In 1971, he plays first role in the movie B.D. in the Mountains and on the Seaside.Other notable roles in films : Iancu Jianu, haiducul (1981), Pintea (1976) and Padurea pierduta (1972).
