His special effects expertise includes miniature special effects, pyrotechnics, dynamic rigging, and interaction with visual effects processes. Also a skilled magician, Clark approaches special effects with a keen attention to details that help sell the overall effect. Vital to his success is his ability to comprehensively organize complex and multiple projects, and deliver on time, safely. In 2013, Clark was elected to the executive board of the Alliance of Special Effects and Pyrotechnic Operators (ASEPO) who fosters and promotes safe industry practices, and advocates with government regulatory agencies and committees on behalf of its members and industry.
