Jake Jacobs is a free-lance writer, and a professional gambler. Though he studied acting as a child, his only film role to date was as an ill-fated psychic in his brother's (Richard W. Munchkin) film Dance or Die (1987). After a few years in the field of data processing, he worked as a cab driver/dispatcher until a blackjack team recruited him. He has since played blackjack in casinos from Costa Rica to Kathmandu. A winner of the U.S. and Thai Open backgammon championships, he is the author of CAN A FISH TASTE TWICE AS GOOD and A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FOUR-POINT.
