Donna Kerness

Donna was born in Brooklyn, NY. A former Dancer, teacher, student at Henry St Playhouse, he studied teaching at CUNY Brooklyn and worked at Fredricks of Hollywood. Donna has been producing art of various kinds over the years. Much of her inspirations have emerged from her past as a Modern Dancer at the Henry Street Playhouse with Alwin Nikolais and Murray Louis, as a Poet, and an Underground Cinema Star in Movies of the Kuchar Brothers during the Sixties in New York. After re-locating to San Antonio and raising a family she is passionately working with all kinds of mediums, mostly Acrylic, pastel, and various multi-media materials in my creative path
