Biography

Muriel Minot's stage debut was at age 10 in Garcia Lorca's "Blood Wedding" with Olympia Dukakis at Boston's Charles Street Playhouse. A graduate of Oberlin College Conservatory with a B.Mus. in Voice Performance, she appeared at Cleveland's Hanna Theatre in a split week of Gilbert & Sullivan's "HMS Pinafore" & "The Mikado" with Martyn Green's G&S Co., followed by a tour, playing such theatres as: Goodspeed Opera House; Westport Country Playhouse; Tappan Zee Playhouse, etc. She moved to NYC in 1966 and met her actor/husband Terrence Beasor in March of 1968 doing back-to-back shows at Equity Library Theatre (she in "Redhead", he in "Enemy of the People"). They moved to LA in 1976 to pursue TV/Film/commercials, and built solid resumes, becoming vested in SAG & AFTRA. In addition, Muriel taught singing, privately, for 40 years. She was also the Owner/Producer for Mysteries en Brochette for 13 years (1997-2010), a "musical" Interactive Mystery/Dinner Theatre Co. based in Marina del Rey. In
