Kerstin Müller

Graduated from high school in 1983. Studied law in Cologne from October 1983 to January 1990, legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne from 1991 to 1994, second state examination in 1994. Member of the International Friends of the Ravensbrück Memorial, the German-Israeli Parliamentary Group, the German-Israeli Society, the Board of Trustees of the German Foundation for Peace Research, the Supervisory Board of the Center for International Peace Operations, the Board of Trustees of the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law, the Board of Directors of Deutsche Welle and the Board of Trustees of International Journalism Programs. Member of BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN since 1986; chairwoman of the North Rhine-Westphalian state executive committee of BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN from 1990 to 1994. Member of the Bundestag since 1994; 1994 to 1998 and 1998 to 2002 Chairwoman of the Alliance 90/The Greens parliamentary group; October 2002 to November 2005 Minister of State at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
