Maya Parvanova Novoselska-Moskova is a Bulgarian actress. She was born on May 6, 1963 in Sofia. She graduated in "acting for puppet theater" in the class of Julia Ognyanova and Elena Vladova in National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria (1985). She debuted in the role of "A Little Thought for Flying" in " Some can, some not " - composition by Tedi Moskov on the base of text by E. Schwartz and M. Minkov at Dobrich Puppet Theater (1986). She has worked at Dobrich Puppet Theater (1986-88), Smolyan Drama Theater (1988-89), Municipal Theatre "Sirius" (1989-90), National Youth Theatre (1990-91), the First Private Theater "La Strada" (1991). She has worked in theaters in Düsseldorf, Bochum, Hamburg. As a member of the troupe of the Bulgarian Army's Theatere she has played in many theaters all around the world - Moscow, Avignon, Jerusalem, Zurich, Leipzig, Dresden. She has participated in the plays " The Master and Margarita ", " Servants' Comedy", "Phantasmagories " in the Bulgarian Army's Theatre and in "Marmalade" in Theater "Tears and Laughter ". Typical of her theater presence are slapstick stylized gestures, facial expressions, movements, and ability to use different registers of her voice. Her characters are a little funny and a little sad; look innocent, vulnerable and grotesque without the actress to deprive them of their spiritual human transmission.
